The Lodge Hotel’s Tracy Young Shortlisted for Hotelier of the Year 2026

The Lodge Hotel's General Manager Tracy Young has been shortlisted as a finalist for Hotelier of the Year at the 29th Institute of Hospitality NI Awards for Professionalism. Winners will be announced at the Awards Dinner on Friday 11th September at Culloden Estate & Spa.

We are delighted to share that Tracy Young, General Manager of The Lodge Hotel in Coleraine, has been shortlisted as a finalist for Hotelier of the Year at the 29th Institute of Hospitality NI Awards for Professionalism.

The announcement comes from the Institute of Hospitality NI, with the full shortlist revealed across their website and social channels. Being named a finalist recognises Tracy’s leadership and dedication to hospitality excellence, and reflects the standards she has helped build at The Lodge Hotel and across the McKeever Hotels group.

A Well-Earned Recognition

Hotelier of the Year is one of the most prestigious categories at the IOHNI Awards for Professionalism, celebrating individuals who demonstrate outstanding leadership, guest service, and industry impact. Reaching the finalist stage is itself a significant achievement, with candidates assessed through a competitive interview process ahead of the shortlist announcement.
