Provisional bookings are held for an agreed period before confirmation
A deposit may be required to secure your event date
Final guest or delegate numbers must be confirmed prior to the event
Cancellation charges apply in line with your signed contract
Additional AV, décor or bespoke catering requests may incur supplementary charges
Full terms and conditions will be issued at quotation stage and confirmed upon booking.

The Allen Suite is the hotel’s largest and most impressive event space, ideal for conferences, exhibitions, indoor sporting events and gala dinners. This expansive suite is perfect for large-scale corporate events and major social functions on the Causeway Coast.
